What we collect
On this site we use Umami, a privacy-friendly cookieless analytics tool we self-host on analytics.one-staff.it. Umami collects aggregate-only: pages visited, country of origin, browser and device, session length. No advertising cookies, no full IP tracking, no user profiling. If you submit the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone, dive shop name and message, only to contact you back.

This site uses only essential technical cookies (e.g. your selected language). We do not use profiling, advertising or third-party cookies.
Legal basis & retention
Aggregate analytics is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the service. Contact-form data is processed on the basis of your explicit request. Umami statistics are retained for up to 24 months.

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data by writing to info@marcatech.it. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
